• Good English communication skills – both written and verbal, Interview by English language
• Strong personality that is able to negotiate with suppliers
• Knowledge of production planning and logistics (shipping)
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy oriented, Proactive in identifying problems and pragmatic in problem solving
• Reliable, independent, well organized, a hands-on team player,Rigorous, accurate, independent and honest
• Can work under pressure with tight lead times, Able to multitask
• Local candidate will be advantage

• Set supplier planning
parameters along with
Purchasing
• Collect material
requirements (due date and
quantity) for each Customer
Order and ensure that all
purchase orders are placed in
a timely manner
• Obtain delivery date
confirmation from suppliers
and follow
• up until arrival of
goods including delivery
coordination with the
Import/Export section
• Leading problem solving
activities for rejected parts
or supplier late delivery
• Close cooperation with
production planning to ensure
that material and components
arrive on time for production
• Handle admin tasks along
with subordinates
• Other jobs as assigned by
superior
