คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :
•• Soft skill for superior customer service, i.e. customer service, communication, problem solving skill and complaint handling skill
• Computer skill
• Having work experience in insurance business, service sector or call center is preferable
• Should be accountable as a company's representative to interact with customers/agents
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong time management skill
• Able to multitask and prioritize with high sensitivity
• Able to work night shift is preferable

ลักษณะงาน : งานประจำ
รายละเอียดของงาน:
 • Respond to customers/agents' inquiry or complaints regarding to company's product details via phone, email and fax.
• First priority of assigned task is to serve auto claim call and should be able to handle customers/ agents's request for premium quotation and policy endorsement
• Cooridinate with internal departments to follow up case for customers/agents
• Feedback customers/agents' or system issuses as nessary for better service and process improvement
• Provide excellence customer service to improve relationship with customers
