• Managing the warehouse and
packing team
• Manage and control the
quantities in the inventory
vs. the computer system
• Planning from receiving
products to delivery to
customer according to plan
from O&P
• To make sure we use the
correct packaging information
(sticker, label & barcode)
• Approving freight cost for
import and export
• Find new alternative fright
suppliers to reduce cost and
delivery time
• Verify invoice from supplier
including forwarder and
courier
• Problem solving concerning
warehouse issues
• Developing warehouse
routines for increased
efficiency
• Giving info and report to
operation manager concerning
warehouse issues

• Have purchasing & negotiation skills, motivation skill, presentation skill, communication skill and supervisory skill
• Have leadership behavior, good personality, very organized, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English communication both spoken and written
• Have own car with a driver license
