• - Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in Industrial Engineering
• - At Least 2-3 years experience in IE, preferably in manufacturing environment
• - Knowledge of factory equipment and potential performance with ability to analyze, describe and follow up complex situations
• - Computer proficiency in MS Program, AutoCAD, VB
• - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma and ISO 9001 will be advantage
• - Detailed orientated with good analytical skill
• - Good communication and presentation skill
• - Good command of written and spoken English
