| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน : |
• More than 2 years HR manager work experience in manufacturing enterprise which’s staff number is over 500. HR management experience in working for multinational company is preferred.
• Be familiar with main sections of performance appraisal. And be able to develop all kinds of provisions used in performance appraisal independently.
• English is good for communication. Be willing to make corresponding adjustments for HR institutes according to development and changes in different stapes.
• Good professional ethics. Be able to strictly implement all job bylaw.
• Good experience and active opinion in HR planning, action, monitoring, motivating, and improvement. 5
