• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• Age between 27-33
• At least 3 years experience of working in HR experience
• Thorough knowledge of HR discipline, i.e. staffing, employee relation, labor law, compensation and benefits
• Strong leadership qualities, communication and motivation skills, and prudent personality is essential
• Experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English (Japanese will be an advantage)
