• Specification Confirmation & Quality Process Improvement
• Equipment >> Microscope & Scanning Electron Microscope
• EDX & Measurement Instrument

1.In process defect
improvement, customer
corrective and preventive
action, continuous improvement
new model support
2.Coordinate between vendors,
customers and concerned
departments for quality
issues.
3.Coordinate with vendors for
analyzing, investigating cause
of quality problem and ensure
the improvement process to
protect the quality problems.
4.Control of schedule and
progress for production
preparation of new parts.
5.Ensure the correction of
quality documents such as
packing specification,
inspection standard.
6.Visit vendors for audit.
