• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in industrial engineering with an assembly manufactory
• Have a problem analysis,trouble-shooting skills and team player
• Knowledge and experienced with ISO 9001 quality system
• Have computer skills in MS office and engineering software

• Machine Layout: Based on the
operator loading, develop the
machine layout plan to
minimize wasted motion.
• Setting Production Targets:
Assist the Production
Supervisor in setting daily /
hourly production targets.
• Equipment: Work with in
• line
Mechanics / Facilities
Engineers to ensure machines,
folders and work aids are
prepared in good condition
before production.
• Line
• Balancing: Monitor the
real
• time production
efficiency / output and
conduct inspections along the
production line. Make operator
loading adjustments to
optimize efficiency in
collaboration with Production
GL where necessary.
• Performance Monitoring:
Regularly review with
Production GL and the in
• line
technical team on the TPI
process / Production
performance and offer
suggestions to improve
efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement:
Assist the MS Manager in the
implementation of Continuous
Improvement initiatives.
