• Male age Minimum 35 years old
• Have minimum 10 yrs of work experience in related field (steel industries)
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Management level in Blasting and painting
• Good in technical knowledge in blasting and painting
• Fully understand and know all relevant code and standard in blasting and painting
• Responsible and patient and can work under pressure and time limited
• Management skill and strong leadership
• Decisions making and problem solving
• Good Communication in English
