• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical engineering from accredited university
• Engineering License required
• More than 7 years of electrical system design and machine selection experiences for process industry preferbly in onte or more of the following industry sectors: oil & gas oil refining, petrochemicals or power plants
• Able to use electrical engineering software e.g. ETAP
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams to deliver exceptional value
• Good interpersonal, analytical thinking problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
