• BAchelor's Degree or higher in the field of engineering
• At least 15 years experience in plant enigneering and leading the project work in petrochemical/fefinery
• Experience of working for PCM or EPC project is preferable
• Excellent in English and able to understand/communicate/write both technical and contract documents
• Must have ability to manage team work and has a good interpersonal skill
• Must have a commercial awareness with effective negotiation skill
